Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a tour of the Spice Merchants and a workshop on how to properly use spices on Wednesday, November 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at 106 W. Washington Street in downtown Marquette.
Mike and Carolyn Carl, owners of the Spice Merchants, will help participants define the spices that will best complement their gourmet dishes.
The cost for the tour and workshop is $3 for NCLL members and $8 for nonmembers. Advance registration is required by Wednesday, October 28 by calling 227-2979.
