Marquette – All ages are invited to celebrate Celtic New Year with music, stories and poetry performed by Four Shillings Short on Thursday, October 29 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
In the Celtic tradition marking Samhain (Irish-Gaelic for ‘the Summer’s end’) marking the end of harvest, beginning of winter and a new year, Four Shillings Short performs the music of Ireland and Scotland.
