Manistique MI, 49854 – This is a fun day for the whole family sponsored by The Friends of Indian Lake & Palms Book State Parks. Join us from 1:00-4:00pm for kids games and crafts, a Native American drum ceremony, Native American crafts, UP Raptor and Rehab with live birds, a wheeling sportsman display, a DNR fire truck as well as a visit from local fire departments, and rumor has it you should keep your eyes open as there may be a sighting of Smokey Bear.
