Marquette – Film fans are invited to a BYO Dinner Theater event to enjoy a screening of “Whiplash” on Wednesday, July 8 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This 2014 music drama centers on a promising young drummer who enrolls at a cut-throat music conservatory where his dreams of greatness are mentored by an instructor who will stop at nothing to realize a student’s potential.
The film is rated R for strong language, and runs for 107 minutes. The BYO Dinner Theater welcome the public to bring their own takeout meal or buy from the library cafe and enjoy the feature film in a dinner theater setting.
