Marquette – In honor of May as Mental Health month, a public screening of the multi-award winning film “Call Me Crazy: A Five Film” will be offered on Thursday, May 7 at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This film features five short dramas addressing mental illness by A-list talent both in front and behind the camera. Issues covered include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and PTSD.
“Call Me Crazy” was released in 2013, is rated PG-13 and runs for 88 minutes. Viewers are welcome to bring their own lunch or buy from the library cafe to enjoy during the feature film, with closed captioning on for
access to all, in a cafe theater setting.
