Marquette – The Marquette Area Sister Cities Partnership in association with the City of Marquette will be sending a delegation to Higashiomi, Japan from October 22 to November 2, 2015. An informational meeting will be held on Saturday, May 9 at 11 a.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Information about the program and application to join the delegation is available from the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center and will also be available at the meeting. The cost of the trip including airfare, ground transportation and official delegation events is approximately $2,500 and is the responsibility of each delegate.
