Marquette – The Upper Peninsula Veteran Expo and Hiring Our Heroes Job Fair will be held on Friday, August 8 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, August 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Superior Dome on the campus of Northern Michigan University in Marquette.
The Upper Peninsula Veteran Expo will be a “one-stop shop” for veterans and their families looking for information on employment and education opportunities, healthcare screenings, benefits counselors, recreation programs and other resources available to them.
In addition, Hiring Our Heroes will host a veteran employment fair as part of the Expo on Saturday, August 9 only. Online registration is available at www.events.mphi.org.
