Marquette – The U.P. Children’s Museum will host a National Noon Out luncheon on Friday, August 8 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the courtyard of the museum on Baraga Avenue in Marquette.
Everyone is invited to bring a lunch and share in this community-building event. Representatives from the Michigan State Police will be there with Kid I.D. kits and the Marquette City Police K9 dog and handler will also be on hand. Musician Kathy Wales will be singing children’s songs throughout the event as well.
The event is part of the long-running National Night Out program happening all week.
