Marquette – Grammy-winning fingerstyle guitarist Pat Donohue will offer a concert on Saturday, April 25 at 3 p.m. at the Ore Dock Brewery in Marquette.
Alhough he considers himself foremost a folk guitarist, Pat manages to blend jazz and blues with folk. Over the years he has captivated audiences with his unique original
compositions, dazzling instrumentals and humorous song parodies. His original tunes have been recorded by Chet Atkins, Suzy Bogguss and Kenny Rogers.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $18 at the door. For ticket information, call Ore Dock Brewery at 228-8888. Part of the proceeds from the show at the Ore Dock will go to Northern Michigan University’s Ecology and Ecotourism of Costa Rica class. The
funds will purchase batteries, headlamps and other equipment for the sea turtle project.
