Marquette – The Pine Mountain Music Festival will present a concert by Ralph Votapek, world-famous pianist and the first winner of the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, on Sunday, July 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Reynolds Recital Hall at Northern Michigan University.
He will play works by Scarlatti, Schubert, Chopin, Albeniz and Kapustin. Tickets cost $20 for adults, $10 for students and children, and are available at the Marquette Arts an Culture Center Gift Shop in the Peter White Library and at the Lake Superior Community Partnership office in Marquette. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
