Champion – Experience the woods in a whole new light. Van Riper State Park will light up the woods for a 2K trek through the snow on Friday, February 20 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Rustic Peshekee Cabin located on the north side of US-41 about 1 mile west of the main campground entrance.
The event is free and open to all. The trail will be lit until 9 p.m. After the trek, there will be snacks, coffee and hot chocolate, in addition to a warm fire at the cabin.
