Princesses and Pirates at the Children’s Museum

Marquette, MI-December 18, 2014-The Upper Peninsula Children’s Museum will hold its next Second Thursday Creativity Series program the evening of Thursday, January 8th.  The theme for the event is “Princesses and Pirates.” Come have an evening of fun, hands-on activities and crafts, plus creative snacks, unexpected music and more.

Wear you favorite princess or pirate costume or accessories.

The Museum’s Second Thursday Creativity Series for pre-school and elementary aged children and their caregivers will run from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. The event is free with admission or membership to the Museum.

Thursday is also Dominos Pizza Night at the Museum so pizza can be ordered for an extra cost by calling ahead by 5:30 that evening.

The Second Thursday program is supported by the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, the Max and Phyllis Reynolds Foundation, Kohls and Culvers.
