Marquette, MI – Craig Chartier promoted to Regional Director of Home Care and Hospice for UP Health System
Marquette, MI (October 29, 2014) – Jim Bogan, Market President for UP Health System announced today that he has expanded his executive team. Craig Chartier, Director of Home Care and Hospice for UP Health System – Marquette, has been promoted to Regional Director of Home Care and Hospice, effective immediately.
“Craig has over 25 years of experience in home care and hospice,” said Bogan. “His expertise will guide us in clinical excellence, operational efficiencies, professional development and leadership mentoring.”
In this role, Chartier will oversee existing home care and hospice services at Marquette and Portage.

Our services allow patients to receive the care they need and deserve in the comfort of their own home,” said Chartier. “I look forward to providing leadership across our system as we continue to provide these great services well into the future.”
