Negaunee – the program “Iron Ore and the Civil War” will be offered on Saturday, October 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Michigan Iron Industry Museum, off U.S. 41 in Negaunee.
The event is a Civil War Artillery Encampment, featuring military camp life, costumed interpreters, cannon and small arms demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, period music, children’s games and activities.
