Marquette – Northern Michigan University music professor Nancy Redfern will be featured in a piano recital alongside alumnus Mary Ann Boniface of Ironwood on Sunday, October 5 at 3 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall at NMU.
The musical program includes Piano Duet Sonata by early 20th century French composer Francis Poulenc, Three Preludes by Chicago-born composer Robert Muczynski, and Piano Concerto No. 2 by Russian composer Dmitri Shostakovich, which will be performed on two pianos. Admission is free.
