Marquette – A free concert of music for woodwinds and piano will be offered on Thursday, July 19 fro 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Marquette Women’s Federated Clubhouse 104 W. Ridge Street.
The concert will feature Claudia Drosen, flute; Tamara Field, oboe; Deborah Check Reeves, clarinet; Gary L. Reeves, horn; Will Peebles, bassoon; and guest artist Nancy Redfern, piano.
The group will play works by French, Danish and American composers Roussel, Nielsen, D’Indy and Daniel Baldwin. Refreshments will be served.
