Calendar – Music – Marquette Choral Society Rehearsals Begin – Sept. 8

Marquette – Rehearsals for the Marquette Choral Society’s “Carols in the Cathedral” Christmas concerts begin on Monday, September 8 at 7 p.m. in the Choral Room of the Thomas Fine Arts Building at Northern Michigan University.

Concerts will be on Saturday and Sunday, December 6 and 7 at St. Peter Cathedral. This season will feature a selection of traditional and contemporary Christmas music.

The Choral Society is open to all interested singers. No audition is necessary. Singers may join anytime during the first three rehearsals, up to September 22. Membership and music is $25. Dr. Floyd Slotterback
directs the group.
