Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will lead a tour of the Marquette State Fish Hatchery on Monday, October 6 from 9 to 11 a.m. at 488 Cherry Creek Road in Harvey.
James Aho, hatchery biologist, will lead a tour of the indoor and outdoor interpretative areas. He will also explain the process by which they remove eggs and sperm and package them for transport.
The tour is $3 for NCLL members and $8 for non-members. Register by Wednesday, September 24, by calling 227-2979.
