Blues Fest Volunteers Needed Labor Day Weekend

MARQUETTE, MICHIGAN – Marquette Area Blues Festival is still looking for volunteers for Labor Day weekend. Ticket takers and security people and merchandise sellers mostly needed on Friday, August 29 from 5-9 p.m. and Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31 from 11:30 until 10:00. There are many four hour shifts and several different volunteer positions. If you work one four hour shift, you get a free Blues Fest t-shirt. Work a second shift, and the Marquette Area Blues Society will reimburse the price of your ticket up to $45.
