NMU Music Students Compete for Scholarship

MARQUETTE, Mich.–Northern Michigan University’s music department will hold a student performance scholarship recital at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, in Reynolds Recital Hall. It is free and open to the public.

Billed as an “NMU Idol” type of event, nine music majors will compete for a $1,000 scholarship by performing advanced instrumental and vocal repertoire.
