Fred Waara Chapter of Trout Unlimited Hosts “Fishing After Hours” Wednesday, November 6th

MARQUETTE, MI – The Fred Waara Chapter of Trout Unlimited will host “Fishing After Hours” Wednesday, November 6 at 6:30PM in the Board Room of The Landmark Inn, Marquette.

Joe Wagner will present an update on the Escanaba River Watershed Project. Joe is an NMU graduate student in fisheries who has been hired by FWCTU to complete the surveys of the watershed and identify key areas for habitat work. The presentation will also include a report on this year’s fish stocking work in the watershed.

Light refreshments will be available after 5:30.

All who are interested in cold water fisheries and conservation are invited.
