MARQUETTE, MI – October 21, 2013 – Fall Flicks invites the public to a screening of “Oz: The Great and Powerful” on Monday, October 21 at 5:30 pm in the Peter White Public Library Community Room.
Based on the books by L. Frank Baum, this is the story of, a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics who is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz, He thinks fame and fortune are his for the taking until he meets three witches who are not convinced he is the great wizard everyone’s been expecting.
Starring James Franco and Rachel Weisz, “Oz: The Great and Powerful” was released in March 2013, is rated PG and runs for 130 minutes.
Fall Flicks welcomes the public to bring their own takeout supper and enjoy this recently released feature film in a dinner theater setting.
