Marquette – A Zumbathon for Breast Cancer will be held on Saturday, October 12 from 5 to 8 p.m at the Baraga Gym, 300 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette.
The Zumbathon is a 3-hour event being held to raise funds for the new Zumba Global Research Grant for breast cancer prevention. There will be prizes, raffles, and lots of great music and dancing. A special Kids Zumba will begin at 6, so all ages are welcome to attend.
Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door and can be purchased at Dance Zone, Second Skin Dance Shop, Family Wellness Chiropractic, or by calling Alesia Maki at 236-2061.
