Marquette – The annual Trim the Tree reception for the Marquette-Alger Special Olympics athletes will be held on Thursday, December 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Marquette.
The event will include a buffet, music provided by the Bothwell Middle School Singers and the presentation of two awards. Proceeds from the event go to provide opportunities for Special Olympic athletes to train and compete in contests throughout the year.
