Marquette – Community auditions for the much loved Christmas classic “Ebenezer Scrooge” will be held on Wednesday, October 16 from 6 to 9 p.m. on the third floor of Graveraet School in Marquette.
A large cast is needed, from ages 5 and up. Scenes from show will be provided for you to read. An accompanist will be provided and they will also be able to accommodate CD or iPod usage for your audition. Prepare 30 to 60 seconds of a song. You may also prepare a short, 30 to 60 second monologue if you choose.
Additional auditions will be held on Saturday, October 19 from noon to 5 p.m. The production of “Ebenezer Scrooge” with music by Jeff Bruning, book and lyrics by Denise Clark, will be produced at Kaufman Auditorium December 19 through 21.
