Marquette – The Readers Theater group will meet for a reading of “Absurd Person Singular” on Thursday, December 15 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Divided into three acts, this 1972 award winning play documents the changing fortunes of three married couples. Each act takes place at a Christmas celebration at one of the couples’ homes on successive Christmas Eves.
Peter White Public Library Readers Theater is a group of adults, who are interested in drama and are willing and able to read a scripted role. They meet on the third Thursday of each month to read plays for enjoyment. New members are always welcome.
