Marquette – Yarnwinders Weaving Guild will host a demonstration and workshop “How to Prepare Your Loom for Weaving” on Saturday, October 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Marquette Arts and Culture Center at the Peter White Public Library.
See what it takes to prepare a project. Observe the first steps of the weaving preparation stage using warping boards, warping reels and loom dressing techniques. Guild members will be present to answer questions and demonstrate all the steps of the weaving preparation process.
