The sale of the t-shirts and backpacks help to support the work of the U.P. Diabetes Outreach Network (UPDON), a program partner of UPCAP. UPDON, a program nationally recognized by the CDC, has been working to strengthen diabetes care, detection, prevention and support across the U.P. for almost 30 years.
