Marquette – The Northern Michigan University French Program will present the fifth annual French Baking Seminar with Peter Claybaker, head baker and owner of Marquette Baking Company, on Friday, April 26 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Whitman Commons at NMU.
The seminar will feature “The French Trilogy: The Stories of Boule, Baguette, and Croissant.” Samples will follow the presentation. The event is free and all are welcome.
