Take Back Your Body

Marquette, MI – Losing weight, getting healthier or making lifestyle changes is never easy but there is hope and help. The U.P. Diabetes Outreach Network, Marquette General, a Duke LifePoint Hospital and Blue Care Network of Michigan have teamed up to offer a free 13-week program called Take Back Your Body.

This program will help participants discover new tools to lose weight, move more, eat better, deal with stress, and get healthier. Take Back Your Body will meet on Tuesdays from 4:30 – 5:30 pm in the Marquette General Hospital Conference Center Room #4. The program will begin on April 2, 2013 with the last session to meet on June 25, 2013. The second and last sessions will be led by and include information provided by a Registered Dietitian. Space is limited to 15 participants and pre-registration is required. Please call 228-9203 to sign up or for more information.
