Marquette – Afternoon Classic Films will present a screening of ”Dr. Zhivago” on Monday, February 4 at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The life and loves of Yuri Zhivago, doctor and poet, played by Omar Sharif, are told against the great tide of the Russian Revolution. For its expanse and majesty the story is always profoundly human.
A five time Academy Award winner, “Dr. Zhivago” was released in 1965, runs for 194 minutes and is shown in color.
