Marquette Community Schools Turkey Trot Fun Run

Walk to Raise Funds for MSHS Orchestra and Business Professionals of America

The Marquette Turkey Trot 5K and 10K run / walk will take place Thursday, November 22, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., rain, snow, or shine. The entry fee is $10 per person (proceeds benefit the MSHS Orchestra); or
add $20 for a total of $30 per person to include a T-shirt (shirt sales benefit MSHS’s Business Professionals of America).

This year’s t-shirt is a performance t-shirt with a logo designed by a MSHS Student. Registration will be from 8:00-8:40 a.m. at MSHS Canopy Entrance / MSHS Room 101, 1203 W.Fair Avenue. The 1st overall male and female in the 5K and 10K will receive a trophy. Leashed dogs are welcome on the course, and a trophy will be presented at the finish line to the fastest overall dog in the 5K and also the 10K. Participants may drop off, if they wish, items for the TV6 Canathon canned food drive.

New this year: pre-registered runners can pick up their race numbers and t-shirts on Wednesday, November 21 from 5-7 pm at MSHS Canopy Entrance. Pre-registered runners can also pick up numbers
and t-shirts on race day.
