Sands – “Pirate Island,” an interactive theater experience, will be presented Thursday through Sunday, August 7 through 10 at the Marquette County Fair in Sands Township.
There will be three shows each day, with four shows on Friday and Saturday.
Squid-Lips Sam and Barnacle Bean will take 20 or more children and adults from the audience in search of the Pirate Island Treasure. Together they will encounter a lagoon of mermaids, a troupe of monkeys and a kind-hearted magical dragon.
