Marquette/Ishpeming – Join in the community wide effort to help the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter Pets by participating in the Wish List Drive on Thursday, October 25 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Super One in Marquette, Valle’s in Marquette, Econo Foods in Marquette, Mares-Z-Doats in Marquette and Jubilee Foods in Ishpeming.
Volunteers will be outside the stores handing out the wish list. Shoppers can purchase items for the shelter and give them to volunteers when they exit the stores. Items will go to the shelter to help with the daily care of the many homeless pets at UPAWS.
