Colors of Summer and Endless Horizons Planetarium Show Aug. 4

Marquette – The Shiras Planetarium, located at the Marquette Senior High School, will present the “The Colors of Summer” and “Endless Horizons” on Monday, August 4 at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7:15 p.m.

The evening will begin with a short presentation called Colors of Summer, which is about the summer sky constellations, phenomena, and the many colors that stars come in.

The feature presentation is a journey toward “Endless Horizons” of space and technology. Patrick Stuart will narrate the story of human exploration and advancements using the sky and the space race as a backdrop.

Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens. No unattended children are allowed.
