Iron Mountain, Michigan – The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Michigan, is reminding patients and visitors that its main patient parking lot is closed April 16 for the next 30-45 days due to repaving, and to follow posted signs.
Those wishing to park at the VA Medical Center during normal business hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. will enter the property from Cedar Street southwest of the Medical Center and use the parking lot located between the outdoor pavilion and Cedar Street. Those needing handicap parking will proceed through the Medical Center’s main front entrance on Circle Drive following the signs and use the parking lot northwest of the main building. All patients and visitors will use the northwest parking lot from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. and on weekends.
Shuttles will be available during normal business hours to take patients and visitors from the southwest parking lot to the main front entrance.
