Marquette – The Terminal Orchestra of Marquette will perform a concert to close out the final weekend of the “John Lautner: A Life in Architecture” exhibit on Saturday, November 12 at 7 p.m. at Northern Michigan University’s DeVos Art Museum.
The concert will feature contemporary classical music. The exhibit honors Lautner’s 100th birthday by focusing on his innovative contributions to architecture.
Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, noon to 8 p.m. Thursdays and 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Admission is free.
A collaborative exhibit that explores Lautner’s formative years in Marquette and his lifelong attraction the area continues through January 7 at the Marquette Regional History Center.
