Marquette – Three workshops on Applications of Felting with Jan Falk will be offered on Thursday, November 10 in the Arts and Culture Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Making a Felt Bead Necklace will be offered from 9:30 a.m. to noon and will show how to make felt beads. Learn to string the beads on your choice of necklace styles. The cost is $20 for NCLL members and $25 for others.
Making a small felt case with beads or embroidery will be offered from 1 to 4 p.m. The cost is $27 for NCLL members and $32 for others.
Felted Flowers will be offered from 6 to 8:30 p.m. and will show the process of wet felting, an easy, flat technique to create a brooch, pin or hair accent with a designed surface. The cost is $20 for NCLL members and $25 for other.
