Calendar – Music/Art – MAPS Spotlight on the Arts – March 30

Marquette – The Marquette Area Public Schools Spotlight on the Arts program will be presented on Tuesday, March 30 at 7 p.m. in the Marquette Senior High School gym.

Featured at the annual extravaganza will be musical performances and artwork by MAPS elementary, middle, and high school students.

During the concert the gymnasium is dark, except for a spotlight on the soloist or ensemble that is performing. When one performance finishes, the spotlight goes out, an a light goes in a different location, where another performance begins, with applause held until the end of the program.

Admission costs $5 for adults, $3 for students, $12 per family and is free for senior citizens.
