Marquette – The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center is proud to announce the second annual Halloween Spectacle to be held on Saturday, October 26. The City of Marquette and the Downtown Development Authority will be host to a large-scale community outdoor performance of giant puppetry, percussion, and theatrical dance. The community is invited to create, build and perform in this years Spectacle. Take part in the free workshops happening at the art center leading up to the main event.
Pumpkin Carving workshops will be held Saturdays, October 19 and 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Farmers Market at the Marquette Commons. Staff will teach alternative methods to develop pumpkin creations.
