Marquette – An AARP Senior Safe Driving course will be offered through the Northern Center for Lifelong Learning on Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Instructor Don Balmer will discuss some of the aging-related changes that can affect driving ability, along with ways to compensate for them. The goal is to keep seniors driving safely as long as possible. Some companies offer discounts on auto insurance premiums for completing the class.
The cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. Register by Sunday, October 30, by calling Balmer at 249-1273.
