Negaunee – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter is sponsoring a “Desperate Housecats” adoption drive through October 16.
The shelter is overflowing with cats and kittensand is seeking loving homes for them. The adoption fee is $20 for cats 4 months and older, $35 for kittens. Cats designated as Lonely Hearts are available at no cost, thanks to sponsorship from Swick Home Services.
Adoption fees includes spay or neuter surgery, vaccines, rabies immunization, Dr. Tim’s All Natural Cat food and more. For more information, call 475-6661.
