Ishpeming – 08/11/2011– The Ishpeming Thursday Night Summer Concert Series continued with the duo of Julie and Dave Williams.
This married couple has been singing a variety of songs from the ’30, ’40 and ’50 together for over thirty years.
Julie’s silky smooth voice presented listeners with reminiscent memories of songs such as Ain’t Misbehavin’; Them There Eyes, Evening In Roma, and Frank Sinatra’s, Take It Nice And Easy. Dave Williams provides backup vocals along with providing rhythm and lead guitar playing along to digital-recorded music tracks. Julie and Dave provide private lessons through their Ishpeming business, DJ’s Old School Academy of Music.
