Marquette – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter’s 6th Annual Strut Your Mutt 2011 benefit for the homeless pets will be held on Saturday, September 10 at Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. Strut Time is 10 a.m. There will be fun for all, including the family dog. A free Strut Bandana will given to each participating dog, and a free goody bag to each registered walker.
Pre-register by September 3 and be entered into a drawing for a chance for your dog to be “Leader of the Pack.” Early registration is $15 for adults and $5 for youth.
