Position Description:
Do you have experience with sales in marketing for radio, print, television, or other media marketing? Are you a professional looking for a change? Great Lakes Radio offers better opportunities for successful full-time Marketing Executives with strong community connections than any other local media outlet with increasing volume commissions, promotion commissions, new business bonuses, and collection bonuses as well as generous allotments for laptops, travel stipends, and even provision for part-time or full-time assistants to keep the successful executive free to focus on success while better serving clients and commitments.
Requirements:
Comfort and confidence in establishing community connections, maintaining business relationships, completing details according to policies designed to satisfy clients with timely, professional, and creative results. Proficiency with basic computer skills including but not limited to: e-mail, fax machines, Microsoft Office, industry specific software and Internal Intranet and other web-related tools are a must. The ability to multi-task, understand client markets, listen and accurately communicate with client needs, and apply learning to the needs and desires of clients are also a must. Excellent communication skills, creative script writing ability, experienced application of fundamental marketing skills as well as excellent presentation skills will allow candidate to focus on client needs and provide clients with the highest quality service. Preference will be given to Career-Minded Marketing Professionals with at least three years of full-time sales experience and a solid record of success.
