Marquette – The Women's Center, 1310 S. Front Street in Marquette, will host Moving Forward, a community gathering, on Tuesday, October 6 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The event will feature a vision for moving forward, live music, a survivor's journey to empowerment, a live performance by local students and an opportunity for community members to share historical perspectives about the domestic violence movement in the community.
Refreshments and appetizers will be served.
