Marquette – The Peter White Public Library Readers Theater will read “The Pillowman” by Martin McDonagh on Tuesday, October 6 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the library.
This is dark comedy by award-winning Anglo-Irish playwright is the story of a fiction writer living in a police state who is interrogated about the gruesome content of his short stories and their similarities to several bizarre murders occurring in town.
Readers Theater is a group of adults who are interested in drama and are willing and able to read a scripted role. They meet on the first Tuesday of each month at the library to read plays for enjoyment. New members are always welcome.
