Marquette – The Peter White Public Library will host a Dinner and a Movie event in conjunction with One Book One Community on Tuesday, October 5.
A buffet dinner from Babycakes will be served at 5:30 p.m., and “Avatar” will be screened at 6 p.m.
Tickets cost $10 per person and are available at the library circulation desk or by calling 228-9510. Tickets will be sold through Monday, October 4. Tickets will not be available at the door.
The One Book, One Community program encourages Marquette County residents and the Northern Michigan University community to read the same book and come together to discuss it in a variety of settings.
