Marquette – The Seaborg Mathematics and Science Center at Northern Michigan University is offering summer college courses for elementary and middle school students. Session times are 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
July 12 to 16 Morning Session will be Earth Science Rocks for grades K to 2 and Electrical Connections ffor grades 6 to 8.
Afternoon Sessions are Crawly Critters for grades K to 2 and Turtles and Toads, and All Kinds of Engineering for grades 3 to 5.
For updated availability, information or to register, call 227-2002 or visit www.nmu.edu/summer. Children entering kindergarten in the fall may participate in the K-2 programs. Most sessions cost $60; those with daily field trips cost $70.
