Marquette – A spring prom for senior citizens will be held on Sunday, May 23 from 2 to 6 p.m. in the St. Michael Church gymnasium, 401 W. Kaye Avenue, Marquette.
There will be live music by Country Wheels, dancing, a hot buffet dinner, door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Formal attire is optional.
Advance tickets cost $5 and are available at all Marquette County senior centers, the Alger County Commission on Aging and Lake Superior Hospice in Marquette.
Tickets at the door will cost $7. Optional dinner tickets will be sold at the door for an additional $2. For more information, call Lake Superior Hospice at 225-7600.
